At Sebert Wood we offer excellent wrap around childcare during term time from 7.45am to 6pm daily.  The School Gateway is used for extended schools bookings.

We think this is very helpful and allows you to manage your own bookings for Breakfast Club and After School Club, but please note bookings close 24 hours prior to the start of each session, therefore you will be unable to make bookings online at late notice.  For late bookings you can contact the school office who will be able to advise if places are available. If a session is fully booked it will no longer be visible to you on School Gateway.  

Please do not attend a session if you do not have confirmation of a booking.

PLEASE NOTE our cancellation terms for a club booking is 5 working days.  You are required to email the school for all cancellations at admin@sebertwood.co.uk - providing at least 1 weeks’ notice (5 working days) for Extended School bookings in order to be eligible for a refund due to the pre-ordering of food and staffing.   

breakfast club 

7.45am until the start of the school day

Breakfast Club provides childcare and a healthy breakfast every morning. The club is based in the school hall which provides plenty of space for social play activities; these vary from day to day to provide interest and variety.

Please note Breakfast is only served between 8-8.20am and includes cereal, toast and yogurt.

Our staff team includes members of the school staff so messages can be left by parents at the door.

Please note numbers for Breakfast Club sessions are capped. You will appreciate that we cannot extend the numbers to accommodate siblings. 

If your child/children are not on the register we will be unable to accept them at Breakfast Club. 

sebert wood after school club

After School Club begins at the end of the school day until 6pm daily during term time.

We aim to provide a high quality childcare for children, running from the end of the school day ending at 6pm.

After School Club for all children from Nursery-Year 6 is held in the Nursery building and your child should be collected from the Nursery Building (at the bottom of the school car park).

If your child/children are not on the register for Afterschool Club you will be contacted and asked to collect them immediately.
